Summer 2025

ZEAL has wrapped up our first summer of science! While the final pieces of equipment (and the lab’s new plankton nets!) were being set-up, undergraduates Taisiya, Nathan, Zeba, and Zoey worked on project examining the rate of thermal limit acclimation in a freshwater cyclopoid. Austin Hoffman also joined the lab as our first PhD student! Full steam ahead!
